Questions, answered.

Which mailboxes work with Ai2Prod?

Business mailboxes on your company’s own domain (like you@yourcompany.com), hosted on Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, together with their Google or Outlook calendars. Personal addresses such as Gmail, Outlook.com, Hotmail, Yahoo or iCloud can’t be connected: email providers limit and flag outreach from them, which would hurt your deliverability. You connect with a secure sign-in; Ai2Prod never sees your password.

Will it email people without my approval?

Only if you turn that on. Auto-send is off by default for both first emails and replies, so every message waits for your approval until you choose otherwise.

What happens when the AI isn’t sure how to reply?

It doesn’t guess. The conversation goes to your Action needed list with the reason, and nothing is sent until you decide.

Where do the leads come from?

Ai2Prod finds up to 200 researched leads for you each month. You can also import up to 800 of your own from a CSV or Excel file, or add them one by one.

What counts toward the 1,000 contacts?

Contacts you’re actively working with. When outreach to someone is finished, archive them: their history stays, and the space is freed for new leads.

What if I cancel?

You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and your data is kept for 90 days after that, in case you come back.
